One word of advice, get these one size bigger than what you normally wear. save your money and buy these instead of splurging on something that costs almost three times as much. Overall, an excellent product from Skechers. Highly recommended for pain from Plantar fasciatis and for people who love walking.

Mens Shape-ups
This is a very good shoe. When first trying them on the shoe feels strange and takes a little getting used to. After standing and walking it becomes more comfortable. The shoes are very comfortable and do provide a conditioning effect in maintaining balance and strengthening legs and back muscles. It is also evident that the core comes into play particularly while just standing. I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend these shoes. :2010-09-15 04:13:01
Best Sneaker
This is the best purchase I have ever made. For a long time I had wanted to purchase a pair of Shape-Ups but could not aprove of the price but I took a gamble and purchase a pair and love them.
Everything they say in other reviews is true. I never played the disk that comes with the sneaker. I put them on and started walking and had no problem at all.
